It is obvious, crystal clear, and as certain as death that what is referred to as Israel/ American strategic partnership is been beyond any reasonable doubt, a ploy to put on check any act of incaution by the middle east state against America and Israel. going by this discovery of any anticipated attack from the Muslim world as the basics of partnership between Israel and America, it therefore becomes imperative to interrogate the source of trust that America claims to have in God and in relation to what the Christian world has held unto for centuries about the spiritual standing of Israel with the god of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
After the October 7th dastardly act of terrorism carried out against Israel by her mass which has been widely condemned globally, the prime minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu opened up the chapter of reappraisal against her mass and the Palestine, using a quote from the scriptures in Ecclesiastes 3:8 “a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace”. This quote was used as a justification to carry out his heart desire which was premised on hate for the Palestine whose land Israel had encroached on and was being annexed continually until that evil day of October 7th.
His quotation from the bible also was targeted at Christians who were gullible and ignorant of the spirit behind the letters. Not being able to understand the disconnect between the quote and the spiritual meaning of it, the actions of the state of Israel and its leaders especially prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu leave much to be desired and paint a picture of spiritual differences between the canal Jacob and the spiritual Jacob who was a product of an encounter with God almighty who gave him a new name called Israel.
The state of Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu by their actions and pronouncement appear to be living in the past and are out of touch with the reality of the God of their fore fathers as contained in the book of life and to be precise in exodus 6:3 “and I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God almighty, but by my name of Jehovah was I not known to them”. The prime minister of Israel should come to terms that as it is in the capacity of man to make war and escalate it, no man can make peace without the intervention of the prince of peace who also has the power to deescalate wars. Why should the people of God reject knowledge and resort to declaration that let my people go when God has not commanded it? Lamentation 3:37&38 “who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, when the lord has not commanded it? Is it not from the mouth of the Most high that woe and well-being proceed? God had already let the children of Israel go, however, returning to Egypt on their own volition does not automatically command the grace and the power of God that makes the red sea to part and the river Jordan to flee. The truth be told Amos 3:6-8 “shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in the city, and the lord hath not done it? Surely, the lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. The lion hath roared who will not fear? The lord God hath spoken, who can but prophesy?” God of Abraham whose name is Jehovah foreknew the act of terrorism carried out against Israel on October 7th and allowed it, but her mass carried it out.
He is also not unaware of the act of genocide carried out by Israel against the Palestine even against the popular believe of the Israelite what the law of Moses teaches that an eye for an eye and not one eye for one thousand eyes.
The pertinent question to ask is, where is the place of America in this matter? Cognizant of the true picture of America as the strongest country on earth today but shares the attributes of the biblical Naaman the great warrior but who is a leper. “Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honorable, because by him the lord had given deliverance unto Syria, he was also a mighty man in valor, but he was a leper” 2kings 5:1. America needs God intervention in her daily affairs, president Donald trump also needs God’s guidance to lead America in the right part. the same is the case with Israel that needs to retrace her step and return to the God of Abraham and Isaac, so that the prayers that are being prayed over it by believers across the globe for peace can be answered and find a practical expression in its day-to-day affairs.
The situation in which America and Israel find themselves in today within the committee of nations, being almost edged out and isolated makes the analogy of a blind man leading another blind man apt and food for thought. Imagine how prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu a man who claims to be wearing the toga of divine guidance, brazenly bombed the state of Qatar on one hand and apologized for his wrong doing of attacking a country that had been a peace broker between Israel and her mass.
A miss is as good as a mile. The recognition of the state of Palestine by the major allies of America including Britain, France, Canada, Australia and Portugal in the most recent past, apart from the other countries of the world who had done so earlier, totaling to about 149 countries has ridiculed the so-called strategic partnership of Israel and America and it was avoidable and indeed disgraceful. the peace agenda proposed by Donald trump and Benjamin Nathanyahu without the input of countries like Britain and France including her mass is retrogressive and cannot fly, let America demonstrate the trust it claims to have in God who is the God of the whole universe including Palestine and Israel.

On a final note, what is at play now with regards to the situation in which America and Israel are in now in the eyes of the world agrees with the saying of the Hausa people of the northern part of Nigeria that: the mat of shame is rolled up from the ground with madness. We look forward to a world without wars.
